We introduce ourselves as “PRASHANTH KUTEER” - A Classic Guest House for Connoisseurs. We welcome guests, be it business, expats, leisure, social visit and others to stay at our service apartments at Kilpauk in the heart of the city abutting the main artery Poonamallee High Road for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Chennai, INDIA.

“This exclusive modern new building consists of Ground plus 4 floors have a constructed are of about 16000 Sq. Ft. Each floor having an extent of 3600 Sq. Ft. with 5 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms are provided with well ventilated toilets and sit out balconies. A large living area of about 800 Sq. Ft is provided for common use of guests for dining and TV viewing.

We have also installed a Treadmill for fitness besides a Massage Chair to relax and relieve the stress. We have set such standards to meet the requirement of corporate companies like HDFC Bank and ICICI Lombard General Insurance who have taken our First and Second Floors as their “Transit House” for the stay of their employees and guests.

We have been into this hospitality services since 2008 and a few of our regular Corporate clients include blue-chip organizations such as Apollo Hospitals, GMR Group, LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.., Covidien, Millipore India Pvt. Ltd., Belkin, Bio-Medisys Pvt. Ltd., Onida Company (MIRC), Otic Hearing Solutions Pvt Ltd., Neoteric Infomatique Ltd., GN Re-Sound India Pvt.   This white standalone building is situated at New No : 2 (Old 12) Gajapathy Road, Kilpauk, Chennai – 600 010 and it is located just behind Kilpauk Medical College off Barnaby Road and 75 meters from the main artery Poonamallee High Road. (To be precise as you enter Barnaby Road from Poonamallee High Road this guest / transit house is on the right side corner at the entry point of Gajapathy Road)
