1. All the bedrooms are fully furnished with imported furniture and are fitted with Split Air Conditioners. The attached spacious bathrooms are well ventilated, fitted with high end fixtures and having separate hot and cold water lines. Three bathrooms are provided with glass shower cubicles. Also provided are 9” imported mattresses for comfortable sleep.
   
   
2. All the doors and windows in the entire building are fitted with heat-reflecting sun ban glasses to reduce room temperature. The hot water is provided using a high efficiency solar-water heater system installed in the building. Hence, the building can be classified as a “Green Building”.
   
   
3. All rooms and common areas are inter-connected with telephone lines through EPABX system having “0” dialing facility from the bedrooms.
   
   
4. Generator for back-up power is provided for Televisions, Lights, Fans, Elevator and common area lighting.
   
   
5. Check – Out - 24 Hours.
   
   
6. Homely food service available. (Both Veg & Non-Veg)
   
   
7. Laundry service available.
   
   
8. Cab Service can be provided.
